Gastronomy is my passion and my path. After successful years in Cologne's event gastronomy - and as founder of the wine club Bodega - I gave my heart to Mallorca. But I never wanted to simply cook. I wanted to create experiences. That is how Juan Degustando was born. I create original culinary impressions with character and temperament. But I do not just pamper my guests with food - I create atmosphere, improvise entertainment and bring energy into every moment. An evening with me is more than dinner. It is a feeling.
