Juan Degustando stands for exclusive culinary experiences in Mallorca - shaped by more than 30 years of experience as a host. My journey began in 1993 in the Cologne area with my own event restaurants. In 2007, passion first brought me to Mallorca, where I ran a venue with live entertainment in Santa Ponsa. That time, the people and the Mediterranean way of life have left a lasting mark on me. In 2012 I returned to Germany and founded the successful wine club "Juans Bodega" (2012-2025) - a concept of wine, tastings and event gastronomy with a focus on quality and Mallorcan wines. Today I am back on the island with Juan Degustando. My dream has become reality. I look forward to welcoming you, amigos.

Good wines. Good food. Good vibes. My KitchenArt combines traditional Mallorcan flavors with modern creativity. I do not create standardized menus, but individual culinary journeys - tailored to guests, location and occasion. Whether private dinner, showcooking or in "La Vineria": every experience is personal, freshly prepared al punto and lives from emotion, surprise and Mediterranean joie de vivre. For me, exclusivity does not mean luxury at any price, but real quality, attention to detail and authentic moments of indulgence.
