Juan Degustando's tasting menus are not classic dinners. They are carefully staged tasting journeys in Mallorca - full of emotion, creativity and Mediterranean joie de vivre. The term "Degustando" stands for tasting, discovering and enjoying together. That is exactly my philosophy: experience aromas, feel textures, perceive flavor consciously. Every menu is created individually - tailored to your wishes, the occasion and your guests. Whether private dining in a finca, an exclusive event in a special location or an intimate dinner in a small circle - quality, authenticity and indulgence are always at the center.

Taste Mallorca - From Market to Plate
For me, every culinary journey begins personally in Mallorca's markets. Here I choose fresh products, fish, meat, Mediterranean vegetables and island specialties. The proximity to regional producers, fishermen and selected suppliers guarantees the highest quality. This does not create an off-the-shelf menu, but a genuine island experience - honest, fresh and al punto. My KitchenArt combines Mediterranean tradition with modern creativity. Light, intense, surprising - always with respect for the product.

"Classico"
A culinary journey through the soul of Iberian cuisine, shaped by many years of gastronomic experience from Juan's Culinaria. For people who do not just eat indulgence, but feel it. The journey begins with classic appetizer bites, accompanied by a fine Fino sherry - an opening that evokes memories of Spanish bodegas. This is followed by an original tapas creation - reinterpreted with depth, character and a modern signature. Tradition meets personality. As the flavors slowly fade, the journey leads into a sweet, elegant finale.

"La Vita es bella"
La Vita è Bella is an indulgent journey by Juan Degustando, inspired by the Mediterranean way of life of the South. Here, the guest decides the focus: more fish, more meat or a harmonious composition of both. The tasting begins with a series of fine antipasti variations based on carpaccio - elegant, refined and bearing Juan's Culinaria signature. Step by step, the journey unfolds further and gains expression and depth. Original creations accompany the most beautiful moments of the evening. A sweet finale rounds off the evening. Because in the end, only one thing matters: La Vita è Bella.

"La Pasion"
La Pasion is the pinnacle of Juan Degustando's gourmet journeys. Here, Juan's Culinaria and Mallorcan wines merge into a masterful unity. The journey begins with a sparkling cava and a greeting from the cucina. The selected wines are served little by little as La Noche de Pasion unfolds - an experience of fine creations, composed either around a theme or entirely according to your wishes. Truffle tastings and caviar accents set aromatic highlights and create a rich explosion of indulgence. A sweet finale rounds off La Noche del Gourmet - on request, accompanied by a grappa tasting that crowns the evening with style and elegance.

After your inquiry, we discuss your wishes, the occasion, the number of guests and any special preferences personally. Based on that, I develop a tailor-made tasting concept - including menu sequence, wine pairing and atmosphere. Booking is uncomplicated - directly in Mallorca or from Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Communication is possible in German, English or Spanish. Every tasting menu is priced individually. Price and scope depend on menu choice, guest count, location and personal wishes. Interested?
